No purchase necessary: Entry into the giveaway is completely free. purchase of an event admission ticket, merchandise, or any other service does not increase your chances of winning.

alternative method of entry (amoe): Individuals who have not purchased an admission ticket may obtain a free entry slip into the giveaway at main front entrance

Age requirement: you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to participate and win

Location constraint: to be eligible to claim a prize, the participant must be physically present on the venue premises At the time of the drawing

The hp omen 35l pc: this prize is an "open-box" unit. it has been lightly used for demonstration and testing purposes and is in excellent, functional condition. by entering, the participant acknowledges that the prize is not "factory sealed" and may show minimal signs of use.
Studio 38 golden tickets: The "Golden ticket' prizes consist strictly of two separate 8 hour tattoo sessions provided by studio 38. Each separate winner must be 18 years of age or older. This prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be used for existing appointments. Booking is subject to standard studio policies, consultation, and artist availability for 2026.

drawing location & schedule: the drawing will take place live at the main stage Sunday evening (please consult the official event schedule for time of drawing).

The announcement protocol: when a ticket or entry slip is drawn, the winners name or ticket number will be announced clearly over the main stage audio system. Concurrently, staff member will immediately broadcast the drawn name/ number at the main front entrance doors of the venue ensure participants in the immediate lobby or entry area are notified.
the 60-second claim & escort window: from the moment the final official announcement is made, the selected individual has exactly sixty (60) seconds to establish their presence. if the winner is identified at the main front doors, event staff will immediately escort them directly to the main stage to collect their prize.
Forfeiture & redraws: if the individual fails to make their presence known either at the main stage or to the staff at the main front doors within this 60-second window, they will be instantly disqualified. a new winner will then be drawn immediately on the spot, repeating the exact same announcement protocol until an eligible, present winner successfully claims the prize.

the prizes are awarded on an "as-is" basis. INK AND ANIME con, its organizers, and its sponsors MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ITS PERFORMENCE, LONGEVITY, OR MANUFACTURER'S Warranty STATUS of the electronic components or services provided.

THE WINNER ASSUMES All Responsibility for the transport, unboxing, setup, software licensing, and safe operation of the PC.

ink & anime con is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, operating system errors, or physical injuries resulting from the use, transport, or setup of the awarded prizes.

Ineligible parties: Ink & Anime con staff members, official event volunteers, event organizers, contracted venue staff, special celebratity guests, voice actors, and active convention vendors (including their working booth staff, assistants, helpers), are all strictly prohibited from entering the giveaway and are ineligible to win.

enforcement: If a ticket or slip belonging to any of the aforementioned excluded individuals is drawn, it will be deemed void immediately upon identification. A new winner will be drawn on the spot, and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered to the disqualified party.
