by using the Ink & Anime con website, purchasing a ticket or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our vendor payment & refund policy.

3. Right of refusal

Ink & Anime con reserves the right to refuse service, admission, or booth space to any individual or entity at our SOLE discretion, INCLUDING VIOLATION OF OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

4.liability

The Ink & Anime Con shall not be held liable and or responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property or products incurred while attending or participating before, during, or after the event.
ATTENDEES AND PARTICIPANTS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT.
